Andrew is responsible for developing and executing business plans, as well as maintaining and growing the organisation. Andrew joined the group in 2022. Before joining MWE, Andrew worked in a range of senior sales management roles in Delegat which spanned both domestic and international markets. For the last five years Andrew was the International Sales Manager responsible for the sale of over 2 million cases of wine across 25+ markets and the management of 100 staff in addition to managing distributors around the world.
